Occupational Life Skills

In 2015, PFP piloted its newest program, Occupational Life Skills (OLS). OLS encompasses the acquisition of work and life skills outside-of-the-home. Program goals include; increased engagement, independence, community participation and work skill development.

Our mission is to develop career and volunteer readiness skills, including basic work skills (often referred to as “soft skills”) such as attendance, punctuality, teamwork and task engagement. This is accomplished with progressive support for each participant's abilities.
